I previously worked as a Performance Reservoir Engineer for one of our Development Areas in Delaware Basin. My job responsibilities included development and ownership of completions strategies for my development area to deliver ROCE and COFDA improvements. I previously worked as a Strategy Engineer over Chevron's Permian Central Basin Platform assets. This entailed coordination of business performance metrics, regulatory requirements, scorecards, dashboards and performance communications for all assets. This included ten Field Operating Teams that geographically spread across Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas, involving both CO2, water injection, and S&T development. Additionally, I was responsible for the creation and facilitation of the annual Asset Lifecycle Management process. This meant we will manage each asset based on where it is in its life cycle, to guide our investment and operations decisions, to maximize current and future value for Chevron. I was also responsible for the creation and facilitation of governance, on monthly and annual basis, centered around operations and capital expenses and the X+Y forecast process. Finally, I lead special project initiatives centered around integrating large Upstream or Midstream companies into Chevrons Mid-Continent Business Unit for Operations.

I worked as a Reservoir Engineer over one of Chevron’s mature CO2 conventional flood assets in the Permian Basin. I was responsible for our WAG (water alternating gas) scheduled to maintain production and decline rates in the field. I was also responsible for conducting pattern/lease reviews to ensure both areal and vertical sweep efficiency. Additionally, I made sure target rates and pressures are being hit to maximum production and minimize decline rates from patterns in over 100 injection patterns.

I worked as Production Engineer over some of our mature, high water cut, conventional assets in the Permian Basin for 2 1/2 years. I was responsible for maintaining production, injection, and decline rates for over 500 wells. I was also responsible for designing reactive and proactive well work which includes well equipment design, artificial lift design, stimulation design, and economic analysis/AFE. I worked in a co-discipline team. As well, I worked with many fellow Operators and working interest owners in the Permian Basin on Land negotiations.

I was responsible for optimizing flood performance to increase production in high water cut, mature, conventional carbonate water flood I analyzed well cross-sections and proposed remedial actions for better injection conformance across the reservoir. As well, I proposed new target injection rates based on the new optimized injection centered patterns.
