As Document Controller for MJ Quinn, my responsibilities include sorting, managing, and tracking company and client documents through the documents lifestyle. I ensure that all maintenance documents are scanned, organised and maintained in adherence to company policy and all relevant standards.Duties Include;• Ensuring all logs (MARS, Station Status Report, Hard Access, Remedial and Towns Main Testing) are updated efficiently and correctly upon return from the engineers, certifying all paperwork is assured and quality controlled within 14 days of receiving them.• Processing the MARS packs, by scanning and saving into the correct folders.• Liaising with the appropriate managers and engineers regarding any missed devices from the planned visit, as well as insuring any devices that need to be tested on days aren’t missed.• Creating shift reports for Fire department as sent by the night supervisors on a daily basis.

MJ Quinn is an integrated service provider, which offers a 24 hour, nationwide service. Designing, installing and maintaining of telecoms, mechanical, electrical, fire detection and suppression systems, LED Lighting, Air Cooling and building services. My role as Receptionist at MJQuinn Integrated Services LTD involved carrying out a variety of front of house responsibilities, which included daily liaison with senior management, as well as AD HOC administrative tasks which all require the use of my initiative to benefit all aspects of the company as well as broadening my knowledge of the business.I also carry out PA responsibilities for the Business Development Director, which involves processing weekly and monthly expenses, as well as managing daily travel and hotel arrangements.Duties Include:• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, making them feel welcome and comfortable.• Organising client lunches for senior management, and any specific requirements from visitors.• Ordering and managing office supplies and consumables.• Managing the Room Booking system which ensures the meeting rooms are used efficiently and resourcefully, including setting up external client meetings.• Inputting engineer training data onto QraQ system.
