A live- in nanny has all kinds of benefits for the nanny and for the family. It is very beneficial for the family because the nanny is already there should they need childcare in a pinch or emergency. For the nanny, not only is she paid well for her services, but she also gets compensated in other forms such as room and board, groceries and other things the family does for the nanny. For the last five years I have worked in many homes with all kinds of children of all different ages. I have lived in several different places of the United States and have loved exploring each area.
