I am passionate about people and problem solving. I love getting to know individuals and listening to what they need. I enjoy working to find ways to give people tools to be more successful at what they do.After spending many years as a beauty professional, I became acutely aware of how needs were unmet within that industry. I combined my love of the built environment with my enthusiasm for small business, to design and build out creative co-working spaces where independent beauty professionals are able to build their business with support and ease. These spaces make business ownership accessible and having a strong community means more support to succeed.My lack of formal training hasn’t stopped me from pursuing my dreams. I meet the unknown with excitement and curiosity. My desire to grow and learn is insatiable. The success of my first development project, Moss Salon Studios, has driven me to continue growing within commercial real estate.
