The Job One Careers team works with Vocational Rehabilitation and the Missouri Department of Mental Health to focus on serving those who wish to be more integrated in the community and earn competitive wages alongside nondisabled peers. With service sites in Grandview, Independence, and Kansas City, we have the flexibility to handle small, medium and large-scale projects. Primary focus is on sales and leases of all product types in the urban core of Kansas City with an emphasis on the midtown area.

Industrial & commercial sales and leasing in Jackson and Cass Counties. Prepares and implements marketing program identifying competitive advantages, strategies to minimize weaknesses, market conditions, zoning and financial incentives. Targets and qualifies prospects. Provides ‘Brokers Opinion of Value’ and competitive rent analysis to appraisers, lenders and property owners. Assists with space identification/site selection, financing, space planning, and governmental permitting and regulatory processes. Negotiates sales/leases and prepares contract documents. Networks with other real estate brokers, industry related, community and governmental contacts.

Managed proposal and presentation preparation activities, graphic design and production of project marketing support materials, press releases, direct mail programs, project photography and market research activities. Managed and tracked client contacts/projects, and all marketing and sales reports. Served as liaison, maintaining communication with prospects and clients and coordinated marketing efforts between departments and branch offices.
