As the Retail Operations Lead, I am responsible for operational excellence initiatives and creating efficiencies and best practices across client accounts and markets to help increase productivity and foster a collaborative culture. I work closely with retail brokers and leadership whose efforts support securing and retaining our retail clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, I am fortunate to be an integral part and play a significant role in recruiting, training, onboarding and sharing technology with retail brokerage professionals and support teams at JLL. My team counts on my problem solving prowess and attention to detail in completion of all projects.My real estate experience spans over 20 years. I was a consultant to T-Mobile USA, Inc. responsible for managing new store construction/market expansion and partnering with project managers, directors of real estate and the design team to ensure successful store openings. My accomplishments included coordinating the retail store training projects for several hundred locations and supervising the national rebranding of all acquired points of distribution from VoiceStream, to T-Mobile branding – 500+ outlets. Additionally, I was also instrumental in the effective communication of brand changes and lease assignments to landlords. Early in my career, I served as a Merchandising Manager at BellSouth where I was responsible for category merchandising support for all BellSouth National Retail Accounts including, but not limited to major electronics retailers, office stores and discounters. I was also a buyer for Macy’s where I negotiated with manufacturers and successfully maintained gross margin target and volume goals and oversaw international private label product development. I earned an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance from Southeastern Louisiana University, graduating at the top 10% of my class. I am an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a certified LEED Green Associate. In my spare time, I am passionate about giving back to my community and enjoy volunteering.
