I test these reports thoroughly using Excel to a detailed level. The testing is required to give confidence to senior management that we are complying with regulations.- Involvement in the preparation of audit requests from regulators and handling queries that may follow as a result – these can be on a regular or adhoc basis.- Review daily reconciliations for regulated markets to monitor activity and anticipate/resolve any issues ahead of the month end tax calculations. - Consult with internal and external stakeholders via a shared mailbox which I assist in keeping organised and manageable.
