Thirteen Fifty Apparel, a South Florida LEO Owned and Operated Business, was created in 2016 by active First Responders. The name derives from the Thirteen Stripes and 50 Stars of our Country's ultimate icon, the American Flag. We pay tribute through our brand to all of those who make the sacrifice daily when they put that uniform on to protect and serve. Thirteen Fifty Apparel was built by First Responders for First Responders. All products are strategically designed and created with them in mind to manufacture apparel, both comfortable and functional, to wear on-duty. No detail was overlooked- from removing tags behind the neck, to ensuring the fabric won't snag on your tactical vest and allowing for a wide range of movement and comfort through a hot Summer day. Our passion for this brand far exceeds just creating apparel but supporting and giving back to our brothers and sisters who put the uniform on every day. Earlier this year we proudly launched #OperationResponder which is our Company's initiative to partner and come together with organizations within the First Responder community.

Assist with the management and creation of programs and courses by working with Subject Matter Experts in the preparation, development and their delivery of content. • Support all Retail Marketing functions, policies, procedures and initiatives. • Partner with Retail Marketing Development Team, National Directors, Regional management and Corporate HR Training team to identify training needs which support strategic business initiatives. • Determine performance improvement training needed through research and analysis of sales reports and patterns. • Provide follow up processes for all training curriculum to include, but not be limited to, new hire and refresher training, products and services, customer service, sales and leadership training via classroom, distance computer-based learning, and live webcam sessions. • Implement and use training tools within and outside of a Learning Management System (LMS). • Monitor and track metrics associated with training programs.

Strategically branding ourselves as Outdoor Traveler®, Vacays & Stays® and Bluegreen Getaways® located within Bass Pro Shops®, Walmart® and outlet malls, respectively, our Retail Marketing team markets and sells affordable, family-friendly vacation packages at popular destinations across the U.S. in over 100 “store-within-a-store” and kiosk-concept retail locations nationwide.As an innovator in the area of face-to-face vacation getaway sales, our Retail Marketing team shares happiness in a fun, fast-paced work environment that affords numerous opportunities for career advancement as well as great financial rewards.
