-Oversee multiple club operations/programs and surrounding school based programs. -Collaborate with and mentor on-site club staff to plan and implement programming, operations, staffing and budget plans. -Approve full-time hiring decisions and manage overall staffing budget.-Ensure all club’s compliance with BGCA and DCYF standards of operations, administrative and operational policies and safety standards. -Serve as a thought leader in broad risk management activities.-Collaborate with other members of senior management to identify and execute on metrics for effective operations. -Develop systems for reporting outcomes and utilizing data to improve outcomes.-Provide reports, analysis, plans, and recommendations concerning club operations to other members of senior management to assist in making localized and org wide decisions.-Develop collaborative partnerships with community organizations serving youth around programming and club expansion on partner’s sites.-Work with other members of senior management to create and oversee budgets for multiple sites and programs.-Fulfill agency-wide responsibilities of an executive level manager within BGCKC.

-Responsible for managing a team of Year Round and Seasonal Camp Directors (up to 20) across multiple states, including recruitment, assessment and onboarding of new hires, talent development, performance management and separation.-Operations oversight for multiple locations across multiple states (up to 20). -Supports Camp Directors in handling sensitive, emergency, behavioral and medical issues when they arise; takes over if a situation needs to be escalated beyond the Director.-Oversees the implementation and execution of compliance processes by Directors to ensure company, city and state required policies for camps and/or childcare facilities as applicable are adhered to.-Oversees a nine-figure budget for personnel, food and programming across multiple camps, and ensures resources are managed appropriately by Directors-Visit Camps to observe operations, provide support, give feedback, and implement change; may need to travel to camps and possibly lead camp in the event of an emergency

-Responsible for all stages of the employee life cycle for seasonal teams of up to 30: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and separation-On-site manager responsible for all facets of a day camp that runs 9-10 weeks, with an average of 250-300 campers per day (or more) generating 6-7 figure revenue.-Handles crisis, emergency, behavioral and medical response as needed when issues come up at camp.-Manages relationship with host school that rents out facility where camp runs; also responsible for overseeing janitorial arrangements, security and site planning to ensure sanitary, safe and smooth operations.-Manages a six-figure budget for personnel, food and programming.

-Responsible for building operations, stewarding local community and partnership relationships, implementing the strategic direction of the organization at the local Club, and managing Club budgets and member registration, to achieve the organizational mission and financial goals.-Manage and help develop a strong multi-level Club team to ensure high-quality activities, programs, and services are being offered in line with program strategies and goals.-Manage the daily operations of their Clubhouse and is accountable for adherence to safety protocols, organization policies and procedures, and the delivery of a high-quality Club experience.-Oversee the proper and timely collection of data within the Club and successfully complete reports as necessary

-Oversee operations at 7 childcare sites across multiple states.-Full-cycle recruitment for up to 130 seasonal staff.-Staff training and management for up to 130 seasonal staff.-Oversee budget management for 7 sites and programs.-Handle all escalations that need support beyond the Program Director or Assistant Director.-Travel to all sites for observation, coaching, feedback and program assessment.-Build and maintain relationships with key individuals at universities across multiple states where we run programs. Oversee leasing and contract negotiations with these sites on a yearly basis.
