Led office during a period of exponential growth, and service and revenue expansion. During this period, team grew from 3 to 16, bringing more multimodal service offerings to TX market. Fostered a uniquely high retention, productive, and joyful workplace. Led all hiring, growth strategy, and office operations for this talented team of transportation leaders.

Led or advised on national sustainable transportation projects typically within the curb, TDM, parking policy, multimodal, and emerging mobility sectors.

Co-led national Parking and Transportation Demand Management practice alongside jointly with a wonderful Eastern US colleague. Responsible for sector growth, scale, and technical mentorship within. Key highlights of this chapter included: exploring how TDM can best service equity goals; connecting with clients to remove parking minimums; collaborating with Visual Communications team to make parking policy impacts more accessible; and leading cutting-edge curb strategy work.

Served as Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager on impactful multimodal, parking policy, TDM, and emerging mobility projects nationally and in the region, and internally a Team Lead.

Led policy development and implementation of parking projects in San Francisco, overseeing broad portfolio of initiatives including demand-responsive pricing and Residential Permit Parking reform. Worked with internal and external stakeholders to envision, shape, and deliver innovative parking projects.

I had the privilege of working on San Francisco's innovative and award-winning SFpark pilot project, As an early team member, I helped build a modern way of managing parking to make streets safer and less congested, and improve the experience of parkers. The team created a data-driven parking management approach using new sensor technology, payment technology, and a data warehouse. As the pricing policy lead, I created business rules for implementing routine demand-responsive rate adjustments at 7,000 metered parking spaces and 1,500 metered motorcycle parking spaces. I led several major policy projects, including city vehicle parking placard reform, employee parking reform, waterfront special event congestion pricing, and neighborhood parking studies. I also helped implement transit funding mechanisms recommended by the 2013 Mayor's Transportation Task Force.

Developed housing strategies for various California municipalities, from data analysis to community process to state approval. Organized public processes for General Plan updates and reviewed development proposals on behalf of cities and developers.
