Each day resulted in involvement from 4,000 employees, 17,000 hours invested in communities across North America.-Partnered with local leaders, including vice presidents and executive vice presidents, to reinforce the importance of employee engagement in corporate citizenship efforts.-Partnered with marketing and public relations to measure impact, including media placements and social sentiment and ensure brand consistency in employee communication.-Owned content and presentation materials for new hire orientation.-Coordinated company events, including the holiday party, Corporate Challenge and twice-annual employee appreciation events.-Partnered with HR on all communications activities ranging from organizational changes, large-scale relocations, benefits, compensation, recognition, department and town hall meetings and other confidential topics.-Implemented and managed President's Roundtable meetings, then acted and reported on findings.-Designed and implemented Communities@Work, a program designed to engage employees in special interest topics such as parenthood, exercise and reading.-Partnered with Benefits team on annual open enrollment, benefits fair and American Heart Association Heart Walk.-Drove internal communication of Samsung's tobacco-free workplace initiative, resulting in a Dallas Business Journal Healthy Employer designation.-Owned annual employee engagement survey communication, distribution, action planning and reporting.
