I host a biweekly internet radio show on KPISS.FM

Greet and seat guests. Inform guests of our daily specials and menu changes. Communicatewith the kitchen staff on orders and special requests. Organize and restock supplies needed. Clean and reset tables for new customers. Clean and maintain work area and restaurant dining room. Communicate with coworkers and management about daily sales, and other information in regards to shift-pace/notes.

Greet and welcome guests to the museum. Sell tickets, museum memberships, audio guides,pocket guides, and Chicago weekend passes. Provide information on current and upcomingexhibitions and museum events. Provide directions and recommendations on local restaurantsand tourist attractions in the downtown Chicago area. Clean and organize work area and desks. Communicate with management on daily sales and monthly sales goals. Work with MembershipServices and Gift Shop staff on Museum Sales goals

Responsible for organizing and scheduling radio show and podcast timeslots. Weekly radio booth and equipment training for new or returning DJs. Held monthly staff meetings and DJ socials. Be on-call for questions, concerns, or equipment troubleshooting. Work closely with Free Radio SAIC's Promotional Manager; contact and maintain a solid partnership with local music venues. Worked side by side with SAIC Student Programs in planning events on campus.

Provide information on current, past, and future exhibitions. Assist artist install and uninstall their work. Manage the gallery's Soundcloud page. Edit and select audio files to upload. Clean and organize the gallery storage and office area.
