As part of the Marketing and Business Development team at the RPO I have the opportunity to assist in a wide range of tasks including:- Proofing/writing copy - Scheduling Social Media Posts- Hosting at Concerts and Donor Receptions- Engaging with Donors, Adivisory Board Members, Players, and Influencers- Developing ways to spread awareness of the Charitable work the RPO does- Generating ideas to spread awareness about the RPO Patron scheme- Video Editing, and Content Creation, email marketing- Planning Partnership Proposals (A task I understand is fairly advanced, and have been trusted with)

* As a Partner Teacher I took pride in elevating the learning journey. My strong grasp of the subjects enabled me to break down complex concepts and offer valuable guidance to students. * I encouraged an open and inclusive classroom dynamic, welcoming discussions and providing constructive feedback that aided student development. * Through careful organization, I helped to manage assignments seamlessly and collaborated in refining the curriculum. My adaptability allowed me to excel in diverse responsibilities, contributing to a thriving educational environment.* I also created an extracurricular activity group called The Big Thinkers club, which was a space for children to further their understanding of topics that were not always explored in the classroom in ways that was not always possible in the classroom.

• Supervised 20+ SEN and mainstream students while assistant teachers with the lesson structure.• Created and presented effective lesson material which was delivered in a comprehensive and understandable for a variety of students.• Succeeded in adhering to school-wide improvement plan for key stage 2 • Currently creating extracurricular club for students to help foster a forward thinking and holistic approach to educating children about topics that are largely outside of their curriculum while continuing their development.
