This is a work at home position teaching English to Chinese students. As a teacher, I am responsible for delivering lesson content, establishing rapport quickly, effective communication with the family and company, and professional behavior at all times. My mentoring position requires great attention to detail, heavy multitasking, self-initiation, and interpersonal skills. A mentoring role interviews potential new hires and provides them with further feedback to increase their success within a teaching role. I have also worked with the company for recruiting purposes and representing them at job fairs.

My role was to document undesirable behaviors within children aged 3-17 and replace them with desired behaviors. During their session, I worked with clients one-on-one to execute tasks identified by their therapist. This included taking data, situational awareness, client observation, extreme attention to detail, writing reports, attend meetings and training, open communication with families and supervisors, and HIPPA compliance. 2013 Best Data of the Year Employee.

I conducted psycho-social assessments, psycho-educational groups, group therapy, case management, after care planning, and group treatment planning for offenders in a maximum-security facility. All roles were done with compliance of state and company policies. This job included full administrative duties for the unit I worked with. Job position ended due to relocation out of state for the military.

I was responsible to ensure all offenders in a maximum security facility were up-to-date with their mental health and I.Q. assessments. Upon entry, I administered all testing, recorded all data, and provided feedback to my supervisor. Other duties consisted of team meetings, secretary assistance, being flexible to institutional needs, and advocating for services deemed necessary. This position ended due to the state cutting the intake portion of the department, thus completely eliminating my position at this location.
