• Fulfilled four month advisory contract focused on strategic planning, operational growth, and resource mobilization • Spent two months in Accra and Tarkwa Breman, Ghana, working with local staff and Board of Directors to develop a three year strategic plan, sustainable business proposals, and fundraising road-map

• Implemented community based partnerships in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Uganda, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, India and the U.S., providing access to education, healthcare, and financial security to over 750,000 people • Managed the allocation of $1.2M+ in unrestricted project funding for grassroots initiatives and community-based social enterprises• Developed partnership engagement and coalition building strategy, and created earned-income through consulting with nonprofit executives

• Facilitated all online fundraising communication with volunteers and donors• Organized registration events, trained board members and volunteers on the utilization of online fundraising platforms. • Participated in planning the yearly "Bowl For Kids Sake" event, which raised over $70,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters programs.

• Coauthor and Presenter: “Changing Perceptions of Racism: Do the emotions of Pride, Guilt and Sympathy Affect Privileged Groups’ Perceptions of Discrimination?” • This research was presented at the Hope College Undergraduate Research Celebration, and the Midwestern Psychological Association Regional Conference in April of 2010.
