Current- Improvement and building solid network of relationships with Student Loan customers.
- Handle of customer inquiries and providing problem resolution for Internet Banking Service.
- Consultancy of the Student Loan customer on relevant and accurate product information – Student Lending and Card Inquiry.
- Organization and moderation of student focus group panels and introducing new ideas and functions for online service.
- Providing technical assistance and problem solving techniques to support all lines of business and handling incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers with questions regarding Student Lending.
