● Improvement and building solid network of relationships with Student Loan customers. ● Handle of customer inquiries and providing problem resolution for Internet Banking Service.● Consultancy of the Student Loan customer on relevant and accurate product information – Student Lending and Card Inquiry. ● Organization and moderation of student focus group panels and introducing new ideas and functions for online service.● Providing technical assistance and problem solving techniques to support all lines of business and handling incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers with questions regarding Student Lending services and Student Prepaid Cards.

● Development and implementation of new strategies and techniques for student customer assistance. Providing feedback and analysis regarding customer online banking experience.● Collaboration with all business partners to ensure that the customer's financial needs are met and/or exceeded.● Maintain loan product knowledge for review, analysis and processing of syndicated bank loans portfolios.● Review of loan documentation and ascertain key loan data points to enter and reconcile interest rate changes, advances, repayments, interest and fee payments and other loan related activity.● Preserve sound banking operations by following established policies and procedures, reporting needed changes, and complying with federal, state, and local banking and lending regulations.
