Lauren Ashley is from Houston, Texas. Lauren believes in striving for greatness and paying it forward. While attending Lamar High school she was accepted to the Howard University’s school of communications. Lauren Ashley graduated from Howard University in 2006 with her Bachelor’s in Mass Communication with a Minor in Sports Marketing. While attending college, she developed a passion for classroom education, the music industry and entertainment marketing. Today, Lauren Ashley works with is Educational Entertainment (ED ENT). Educational Entertainment is simply defined by its mission - The E stands for Everyone. Educate. Entertain. Evolve. ED ENT houses programs such as Reading with A Rapper, which was created to relate ELA academics with socially conscious lyrics, video content, and technology. Legends Do Live is a nonprofit 501c3 that funds and equip disadvantaged youth and communities through workshop programs and events. All of Legends Do Live events focus on networking, community involvement, and social media experiences that last for a lifetime. Lauren Ashley has worked with some of the world's top Corporations such as Nike, NCAA, Apple, Microsoft, PepsiCo and more, to manage and disburse $30 Million scholarships and establish programming for inner-city public schools and youth across the country.
