As the Research Analyst at Colliers International for the Detroit and Ann Arbor offices, I support all brokers and administrative staff in all property types. My expertise is in gathering the hard to get information brokers and clients are looking for in order to turn that information into commercial real estate knowledge to close deals. I do this through market research, database maintenance, communicating with various outlets for the most accurate and up-to-date information, mapping, demographic reporting and researching day-to-day transactions and real estate information. Another skill set I possess, which is an asset to the office, is my knowledge, background and experience in marketing, specifically for commercial real estate.

I joined Ludwig & Seeley, Inc. in 2012. My responsibilities include all areas of marketing, publication and design. I am in charge of all new location packages including location maps, aerials, demographics, and geographics for all the brokers in the office. I also make updates on the company website, perform extensive market studies, and design and prepare all other marketing materials. If there is an event scheduled for the office, I am the go-to for organzing the event, ensuring the event goes off without a hitch.Ludwig & Seeley, Inc. is a phenominal fit for me and my personlity. In charge of all marketing procedures and materials; overseeing all business development procedures and prospecting for all seven locations.

Managed medications for over 200 patients through dispensing oral medications, making IV solutions, delivering medications, and taking nurses and physicians phone calls.

Held various promotional positions for beverage companies. Highlights of this position include drawing in the crowds at the Comerica Tastefest as well as building brand awareness for Tequila Rose at the annual Holiday Food and Beverage Expo at the Rock Financial Showplace. This type of position requires a very outgoing and positive individual. I had to learn a lot about a certain product and effectively communicate that to customers.
