CurrentI joined Keyhole Software as the 17th employee in 2011—one of just two company-wide who wasn't a software developer. As of 2023, 100 team members call Keyhole home. I have worn a variety of hats throughout the transition and still love what I do.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE- Managing the recruitment and growth of our team with the *right* employees. I'm happy to report that, on average, Keyhole employees possess more than 17 years of experience and have been with the company for five years or more. They also rank us 4.8/5 on Glassdoor!- Culture management, with a focus on maintaining a company culture that supports & empowers developers to innovate, collaborate, and humbly over-deliver quality software. My goal is to take away any blockers and give my team the tools to be successful, whatever they may be. - Work within the executive team to strategically pivot through changing market conditions while keeping true to company values and promoting company growth.- Management of company communication. Examples include internal employee communication, white papers, tutorials, books, architecture proposals, technical blogs, case studies, presentations, Statement of Work (SOW) documents, etc. - Oversee all aspects of HR, including benefits programs, onboarding, offboarding, and employee support.- Ensure the success of the recruiting, operations, and marketing team.
