Provides intensive case management services to unhoused youth, manages caseload of over 100 clients, serves on the St. Louis City and County Continuum of Care collaboratives, sits on the unhoused populations service delivery committee and the special populations (i.e. LGBTQ+ and people of color) committee for both CoC's, collaborates with both youth and adult non-profits throughout the St. Louis region to ensure services are provided to unhoused youth, assists in making housing referrals for youth transitional and independent living programs in St. Louis City, manages grant funds for client supplies and emergency rent, utility arrearage payments, and deposit assistance to assist youth in obtaining independent housing.

Oversees teen program implementation at all Gateway Region YMCA branches and schools, and for supplying each advisor and director with materials necessary for a successful curriculum. Responsible for planning and organizing regional and state level trainings and Spring Convention. Collaborates with community figures and researches efforts to serve high-risk youth. Ensures overall quality of programming through data collection; presents to funders to ensure continuing grant monies.
