As Head of Personnel Administration, I am responsible for handling the day-to-day office administration. I design, implement and monitor human resource programs and policies, including onboarding, learning and development, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc. I am involved in the Work Council & Health & Safety committee, Social Elections, Insurances, etc.

As Human Resources Manager, I am responsible for handling the day-to-day human resources activities and office administration. Conduct and interpret salary data, administers job evaluation programmes and recommends changes to ensure the maintenance of the company's compensation objectives in line with overall human resources strategy. I am involved in the Company Scholarship, Work Council, Social Elections, Legal Education Leave, Work Medicine and satisfaction survey.I am in charge of developing and implementing the overall training and development programmes and ensures an adequate supply of manpower and skill requirements across the organisation, establishing the different requirements, formulating training policies and organising training activities, either in-house or through external sources. I am responsible for developing and implementing the overall recruitment and selection programmes, establishing the different requirements and formulating policies.
