Duties included facilitating structured activities and following a daily schedule, assisting individuals with activities of daily living, and applying behavioral therapy techniques to accommodate campers' individual needs allowing them to enjoy a week of summer camp.Prior to the start of camp, staff received a week of training on relevant topics including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, reinforcement strategies, sensory integration activities, and other ways to accommodate the unique needs of a person with ASD.
