Lauren Davis has dedicated her professional life to guiding people and organizations through transformational change. As an award winning Realtor for 20 years Lauren has led hundreds of families through the process of making the largest financial investment of their lives. She has empowered her clients by listening to them and guiding them through to the accomplishment of their goal.Lauren started her professional career managing Boston University’s Spanish speaking study abroad programs. She worked closely with students from pre-departure through re-entry, educating and supporting them through their cultural immersion experience. She continued to hone her professional skills while working at well respected organizations such as Linkage, IDG & IDC. Her roles focused on providing education for Fortune 500 executives in the areas of Leadership, Organization Development & Emerging IT. These varied experiences, navigating change with both individuals and organizations, inspired her to create a coaching practice guiding women who are in search of extraordinary results both personally and professionally. Her coaching sessions provide clients space for reflection while holding them accountable as they evaluate where they are, where they want to go and how they will get there. She works closely with clients to clarify their vision, create a path to success, begin executing on the necessary actions and ultimately achieve their dream.
