My name is Lauren Declaire, and I am passionate about helping people to implement the science of human behavior to create meaningful change for themselves and their organization. I work to help individuals and organizations to improve performance, create systems, processes and develop trainings. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). Throughout the years I have trained and coached many individuals into leadership roles while developing strong leadership skill sets. I also own and operate a Real Estate business as a property manager and Airbnb host in the Metro Detroit area. Within this field of work I develop systems and processes to automate the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio. I strive to ensure all tenants and guests that come into contact within our business are happy and well taken care.
