• Provides a variety of services and support for the analysis of mid-complexity support issues andmaintenance of the client’s Epic system• Subject matter specialist in assigned applications and works to develop a breadth of knowledgeacross applications• Completes detailed build and testing documentation following client and managed servicesstandards• Research and resolution or escalation of low to mid complexity issues and requests in a positivemanner in accordance with established service level agreements• Acting as the liaison between customer and other support staff or third-party vendors to resolveissues• Performs assigned application maintenance, upgrade, or build tasks in support of Epic orperipheral applications• Understanding and adhering to service provider/customer chain of accountability that ultimatelyleads to the patient• This position must be highly responsive to customers and show an aptitude for the translation ofcustomer requirements into feasible options within the application• Participates in the design and content of educational programs for end users, as needed• Successfully participates in initiatives and projects with other staff
