Responsibilities include:• Implementation of a European master-vend MSP for a leading fashion retailer, including transition planning for incumbent contingent workers• Ensuring performance against SLAs and contractual deliverables• Relationship management of senior client sponsors to drive programme adoption • Team management • P&L management• Chairing all monthly operational and quarterly strategic reviews with the customer• Translating data into insights to shape and improve the service• Set up and management of relationships with vendors including global payroll, recruitment supply chain and background checking providers• Built a Power BI dashboard to showcase live data on SLA performance

Achievements:• Implementation and account leadership of 3 new MSPs • Growth of contingent worker population in portfolio • Implemented new processes and practices to increase direct fill rates to average 90%+• Guided public sector clients through 2017 IR35 reform with <10% contractor attrition• Pitched, negotiated, and secured 5-year extension with one MSP customer (still retained to date) • Operational lead on technology implementations e.g. ATS, VMS

Primary focus during this time was the management and growth of the business’ largest financial services MSP.Achievements:• Doubled the size of the contractor book• Established MSP best practice inc. implementation of SLAs, sourcing strategy and MI/ performance reporting• Implemented PeopleBank applicant tracking system• Reduced time to fill • Managed the pitch, implementation, and delivery of a high volume, permanent recruitment campaign (50+ hires in 6 months)• Awarded “Top Biller” in FY 2014/15
