Promoted into a Senior role for the UK talent solutions business. I was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 5 master-vend MSPs and managing an account team of 7. Achievements:• Implementation and account leadership of 3 new MSPs • Growth of contingent worker population in portfolio • Implemented new processes and practices to increase direct fill rates to average 90%+• Guided public sector clients through 2017 IR35 reform with <10% contractor attrition• Pitched, negotiated, and secured 5-year extension with one MSP customer (still retained to date) • Operational lead on technology implementations e.g. ATS, VMS

Primary focus during this time was the management and growth of the business’ largest financial services MSP.Achievements:• Doubled the size of the contractor book• Established MSP best practice inc. implementation of SLAs, sourcing strategy and MI/ performance reporting• Implemented PeopleBank applicant tracking system• Reduced time to fill • Managed the pitch, implementation, and delivery of a high volume, permanent recruitment campaign (50+ hires in 6 months)• Awarded “Top Biller” in FY 2014/15

Joined the IT Leadership practice as a Resourcer and promoted into Consultant. Primary focus was permanent recruitment of knowledge-based roles and senior appointments.
