My role includes Account Management for all clients, working closely with all levels. I produce Statement of Work (SoW) for new projects and manage the contract process for both clients and service providers, this includes the full finance and compliance process. Project Support and Governance including, tracking and reporting on progress alongside being on client sites to support project delivery is a standard part of the day to day.
