The primary objectives included assessing, profiling, and improving the holistic athletic qualities of the Men's Basketball team athletes. This was accomplished through consistent interactions and interventions with the athletes on and off the court. Strategies such as dynamic and isometric strength tests, power profiling, speed tests, and fitness tests, were used to profile athlete's strengths and deficiencies. Alongside other members of the high-performance team (ATC, RD, Sports Psych), Individual Performance Plans (IPP's) were created for each athlete with identified short and long term goals; as well as prescribed interventions and recuring reassessment points.

Responsibilities include completing specific tasks delegated by Head Strength coach such as: assist with and implement research based S&C programs, assist with player rehabilitation during return to play programs, administer physiological and biomechanical assessments, assist with collection and organization of sport science data, provide coaching and guidance to all players, also develop and implement S&C program for Long Island Nets (G-League). Along with assisting the Head Strength Coach, I also assist the front office and scouting by assessing free agents and draft prospects during recruitment process.

Responsibilities included creating and implementing physical development programs that prepare the organizations youngest athletes for the more advanced training methods within the Dodgers training methodology, lead large groups (60+) through warm-up and conditioning, educate/council players on nutrition, and assist athletic trainers in rehabilitation of injured players. Along with training, I helped develop and implement new player education programs for speed development, baseball specific strength training, nutrition, and sport psychology.

Responsibilities include creating and implementing resistance training programs within the coordinators designated protocol, lead large groups (40+) through warm-up and conditioning, educate/council players on nutrition, and assist athletic trainers in rehabilitation of injured players.
