• Project management: Responsible for sourcing products for customers with specific ideas and budgets for important events such as weddings and funerals.• Customer interfacing: I communicate directly with customers on a commercial basis. Frequently, on a more personal level, especially when bereavement has occurred. Direct customer service and complaints handling.• Financial responsibility: I was entrusted with carrying out financial transactions from customers, and suppliers.Creative design and development: I have the opportunity to bring my ideas to life through floral architecture. I also love to experiment with a variety of flowers within my arrangements, developing my design skills. Another aspect of design, which I love, is the window display in the shop, creating themed window designs to attract customers. As well as the window display, I am also in charge of managing the website and liaising with our website designer on a regular basis to ensure a clear, professional and recognisable online profile is produced for our target market.
