Principal Vocalist and dancer for The Maho Group. Performing across three luxury resorts and a casino as a solo artist and in Vegas Style Cabaret shows. Providing entertainment for clients and luxury events including weddings, Michelin star chefs, Ministry of Sound.

- Responsible for delivering extraordinary customer experience and shop floor operations whilst meeting sales and profit targets.- Working with Own Bought team and over 300 concessions including Tiffany, Louis Vuitton, YSL, Jimmy Choo, Reiss, Topshop etc to individually and creatively strategize and drive CRM, NPS, Service Satisfaction and Product Knowledge to maximize sales and experience. - In 6 months, working with the teams and building positive relationships, I surpassed my KPI’s with a rise of 15%-20% on Service Scores.- Complaints management and resolution working closely with the customer services team and senior leadership to tighten up communication with more focused ways of working creating an efficient and considered journey for our customer.- Creating and communicating a weekly and quarterly Service overview to each department of detractors and promoters across the store.- Implementing incentive and progression programmes for my own teams and the store creating a dynamic, fun working environment whilst producing tangible results.

- Lead Presenter for Light Entertainment Lounge ensuring that the daytime, evening & live music programme ran seamlessly. - Working closely with the Cruise Director on the implementation of new entertainment product concepts resulting in record breaking scores in Light Entertainment, Theatre Shows & Kids Club.- Producing and performing a “Big Sing” Solo Cabaret Night in the Main Theatre. Cabaret vocalist for our evening lounges.- Supporting Assistant Cruise Director in running the Light Entertainment Product and covering host for Theatre Shows .- Responsible for the development and implementation of a new Teen Programme for high season.- Main Daytime and Evening host for deck activities, sports, gameshows, cabarets & host nights.- Dance teacher - Zumba, Line Dancing, Street Dance, Salsa & Actor for on board plays and sketches/ - Collaborating with Kids Club on creating new integrated entertainment experiences for our younger guests.- Collaborating with F&B, Spa and Shop developing commercial entertainment experiences for the guests.
