In addition to serving as President of WIFT Vic, I am a Board Member for WIFT International, representing Australia on the global stage. WIFTI, a powerful collective advocating for gender parity and inclusivity in media, connects women and non-binary professionals across the film, TV, and digital spaces. Through this role, I am working to foster international collaborations, promote equity, and bring impactful global initiatives, such as ReFrame, to Australian shores.

WIFT Vic is a 30-year-old, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing women and women-identifying individuals with a supportive community and opportunities to up-skill and network. I was honoured to be elected as President in 2020, and in this role, I’ve had the privilege of spearheading exciting new partnerships that have expanded WIFT Vic’s influence within the Australian film landscape while supporting the growth of our members. Partnerships we’ve developed now include Wētā FX, Compton School, MediaMentors, Village Roadshow, Australian Production House, Vicscreen, Melbourne Women in Film Festival, St Kilda Film Festival, Blackmagic Design, professional guilds, CrewHQ, and more.During my Presidency, we have launched several key programs, including the Lifecycle of Film, WIFTmas, the Student Ambassador Program, and Perfect Match, which is being considered for an international rollout. Serving as President has provided me unparalleled access to the Australian screen industry and allowed me to connect with the wider screen-based community on a truly organic level. This role encourages strength, tenacity, and resilience, and I am proud to advocate for representation on and off the screen.

Driven by a passion to become a film producer who uses genre to elevate impactful stories, I founded Iris Arc Pictures alongside Pablo Zubieta. With a background in international production and strong connections to the Australian film industry, I established the company to build a global platform for compelling, socially resonant narratives — championing underrepresented voices and stories.. Iris Arc Pictures debuted at the 2018 American Film Market, where we established a diverse network within the global filmmaking community. Through Iris Arc Pictures, I’ve collaborated with international production companies such as, Rooster Teeth Productions LLC (Warner Media), Blizzard Entertainment, Fade In Creative, and Maker NYC. As the lead Australian Producer/Line Producer for shows like Day 5, Achievement Haunter, and No Small Plans, I managed full-scale productions in Sydney and Melbourne, coordinating with stakeholders across the USA and Australia to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.Under Iris Arc Pictures, I’ve produced 'Godless: The Eastfield Exorcism', Australia’s first Tubi Original distributed by XYZ Films and Umbrella Entertainment. This true crime horror film was officially selected for the Melbourne International Film Festival and won the Audience Choice Award at the 2023 Sitges Fantastic International Film Festival. My other projects include the femme satirical comedy 'PIVOT', the LGBTQI+ coming-of-age short 'The Fall', and the award-winning Cuban documentary 'Latigo'. Each project has been officially selected for national and international film festivals, showcasing a variety of genres. Currently, I am in packaging for my next feature, 'Call Me Mommy', an action thriller set to redefine motherhood in the modern age. And we are actively developing and seeking genre-driven films with powerful social messaging at their core.

The Pool Collective is a creative production agency known for its innovative, artist-driven approach to storytelling across all media. Bringing together a collective of highly skilled directors, photographers, and visual artists, The Pool Collective consistently delivers exceptional creative solutions for brands worldwide, seamlessly blending art and commerce. For The Pool Collective, I have delivered high-quality campaigns for globally recognised brands including Kathmandu, American Express (AMEX), Colorbond, the Australian Government, NBN, GMHBA, Great Northern Beer Company, Virgin Australia, Honda, QV Skincare, and more. I manage all stages of production, from bidding through to final delivery, working across various media including television, online, and outdoor. With a focus on maintaining high standards, I coordinate both large- and small-scale productions, collaborating with international teams to bring innovative, global campaigns to life.

Keep Left is a marketing communications and creative agency and I am the lead producer in the creative department. My role is to oversee and manage all video projects from conception, production, post-production and final delivery, whilst reporting to and integrating feedback from other lines of the business. I take ownership of all budgeting, scheduling, shoot day logistics and crew and talent bookings, as well as ensuring we meet client delivery deadlines.Since October 2020 I produced over 25 brand campaigns that have been impacted by multiple Victorian lockdowns, changes in policy and have required travel all over Australia. I am proud to have secured Keep Left’s largest international tender with USA/UK based industrial software giants, AVEVA, and supporting them to produce content in Australia while they are still in lockdown.

As a freelance producer, I have been contracted by Rooster Teeth to produce and manage end-to-end content for Rooster Teeth locally in Australia. Productions have taken place during their annual convention, RTX Sydney or on the ground in Melbourne in support of their ongoing series released through their online platform, www.roosterteeth.com.

As a passionate filmmaker I co-founded a production company that facilitated a wide range of production services. The foundation of Lunacraft Productions grew from my extensive industry knowledge and I was able to forge a path for them to continue to produce content that is inclusive of but not limited to: short films, documentaries, corporate videos, commercials and events. During my tenure as CEO of Lunacraft Productions I am proud to have produced many exciting projects including the award winning ‘Lost & Found’, international competition finalist ‘Flytrap’ and ‘LENNY’ which has been well received on the international and local film festival circuit. During this time I also collaborated with the team from Rogue Ventures on their horror anthology web-series ‘The Witness Articles’, which saw me wear many hats as well as produce their most ambitious episode, ‘Where the Jackal Sleeps’.

I was responsible for customer and supplier scheduling, invoicing, negotiating and facilitating for all studio bookings from corporate, commercial and creative. This included high end management of photography, film, video and events in a bespoke warehouse space. Which involved working with clients to creatively realize and meet expectations relating directly towards their briefs and vision.

At Event Cinemas I was the project lead for all events and marketing at the cinema chain’s flagship site; George Street in Sydney. I was responsible for liaising with all internal and external stakeholders to creatively ascertain and conceptualise strategies for event management, local area marketing, and production of ancillary content to support the site as a whole. During my employment I hosted international film festivals, premieres and red-carpet events for some of the industry’s most notable talents. Additionally, I take great pride in having a key role in the initiation of community integrated projects such as cult film screenings, film trivia nights and their highly successful “Chicks at the Flicks” program which saw a 300% increase in communication engagement and attendance under my tutelage.

I had a key role at FilmInk Movie Magazine in that I initiated the inclusion of integrated marketing campaigns within key pop culture conventions on a national level within Australia. My role specifically included experience in; Key Account Sales - Direct and Agency (working closely with Carat, MediaCom, OMD, Frontier, Match Media, ZO, Huckleberry, Slingshot and more). conceptual advertising campaigns, management of expos and events, execution of unique promotional opportunities, liaising with venues and suppliers, negotiating rates and maintaining long term clientele and briefs plus proactively researching and building new relationships, working towards and tracking monthly KPI’s plus working within tight deadlines and under pressure.
