I inspire connections to nature through volunteer engagement, outreach, and education.I started off my career in outdoor education, and quickly realized a passion within the conservation sector for community outreach and volunteer engagement. As the Coordinator of Volunteer Engagement at the Canadian Wildlife Federation, I manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for a national volunteer base, and work with all levels of staff to grow and improve the volunteer program.I continue to develop my knowledge, skills, and experience to combine my passion for conservation outreach with volunteer management in the non-profit sector. As a graduate of the Volunteer Management Certificate program at Fleming College, I bring fresh insights on volunteer recruitment, screening, orientation, training, retention, and recognition.
