• Create targeted written and verbal support materials and documentation that significantly improved the skills of adult learners using complex, online technologies.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to transform content delivered in the face-to-face classroom to an accessible and logical format meant for online teaching and the diverse online learner.
• Keep up to date with technology and instructional design trends by attending conferences and conducting regular research to assist in making informed technology decisions.

• Interact remotely with a group of globally-stationed team members. Develop and deliver interactive learning experiences for sales teams, pre-sales, users of SMART products and employees of SMART Technologies.
