Regional Service Manager responsible for developing the new Kids Direct Short Breaks service. Responsible for operational delivery of short break services in Sutton and Surrey managing a team of 25 short break workers providing weekly support to over 70 families with disabled children with a 65% growth in service over two years.

Assistant manager for the Family Support Department with strategic and operational leadership of the children’s team. Operational management of a team of family support workers, volunteers and social work students to provide independent information, advocacy & support to parent carers of disabled children on a range of issues via 1:1 support, monthly calendar of events, website and quarterly newsletter.

Home based support for young man with cerebral palsy, learning disabilites, challenging behaviour and high levels of anxiety (10-15 hours per week).
