- Provide support for major gifts fundraising team through data and goal tracking, report creation, donor database management/maintenance and coordination of in-house materials for donor stewardship and cultivation.- Coordinate and implement acknowledgement process for Executive Director, Director of Philanthropy, Associate Directors of Philanthropy and Donor Relations Manager. - Serve as Philanthropy Committee Coordinator for Board of Trustees, working alongside Executive Director and Director of Philanthropy, to produce meeting materials and content. - Manage biannual appeals process for all major donors, including drafting communication and evaluating results. - Process all incoming gifts and execute quarterly pledge review process.- Serve as a leader for working group geared towards uncovering creative ideas and solutions around the topic of career planning and advancement at The Nature Conservancy.
