My role entails providing mentorship to the Goodman student clubs and student leaders. I am responsible for: •Managing, developing and executing orientation and spirit programming for undergraduate students•Organizing collaborative events and providing event day support •Identifying opportunities to engage first and second year undergraduate students by promoting various engagement opportunities on campus •Providing student groups and affiliates coaching in the areas of event planning, recruitment and selection, training, and relationship management •Coordinating all aspects of case competition training program delivery •Managing student ambassadors for external competitions to ensure that they are following appropriate practices with regards to promotion and relationship management with faculty•Assisting the Student Engagement Coordinator in connecting alumni and community partners to Goodman School of Business student engagement opportunities by creating and maintaining a community support document and collecting and distributing event information from student organizations

- Developed and implemented a Peer Mentoring Program for current Niagara College students.- Created and faciliated training sessions for new Mentors. Training includes communication skills, feedback skills, diversity training, and goal setting practice.- Kept up to date record of students involvement in the program, and provided references for students as required.- Responsible for the recruitment of students into the program.

Responsible for:- planning, mantaining, organizing and executing annual, third party and special events.-Assisted in the creation of new fundraising events, and identified sponsors and donors-Created and distributed sponsorship information packages and followed up with potential sponsors. - Assisted in coordinating fundraising event committees including recruitment, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas etc.

Responsible for recruiting students into the Mentorship Plus Program, creating and faciliating training materials, planning events, and performing administrative tasks as required.
