After delivering the strategy to embed a new support service model in July 2021, I was engaged to oversee the implementation of the roadmap and program of works. In November 2022, I was seconded to the Finance, Strategy and Operations Division to co-lead Cancer Council's 5 Year strategic planning process.

Jul 2017 - I was engaged to establish a new patient liaison service within cancer treatment centres across NSW, ensuring people affected by cancer can access the right services, in the right place, at the right time. I led the strategy, design, implementation, partnerships and change management in complex settings. Dec 2017 - June 2018 Secondment Manager, 131120 Cancer Information and Support Line. Responsible for leading a team of multidisciplinary health professionals delivering information and support to people affected by cancer and overseeing the launch of a technology platform within the Cancer Information & Support Service Division. Jan 2019 - Jan 2021 In addition to my substantive role (Manager, Connected Care Projects), I took responsibility for leading two consecutive innovation projects to transform Cancer Council’s siloed support service operations into an agile and scalable client centred operating model and culture.

Led a team of 14 SMEs and >150 volunteers to operationalise organisational strategic priorities in programs, advocacy, community fundraising, and brand across diverse communities in metropolitan Sydney.
