As a second-year business student at NCI, I am eager to apply my academic knowledge and skills as a HR undergraduate at ESB Networks. I have a strong interest in social and organizational behavior, and I have demonstrated my ability to work on a business plan for Blossom Wood, a real client, as part of my entrepreneurship module. I have also maintained a 2:1 grade average and earned a place on the Academic Honour Roll 2022/2023.Alongside my studies, I am a cheerleading and gymnastics coach at Twisters Elite Cheerleading and North County Gymnastics Club, where I have turned my passion into a profession. I have received my level 1 and 2 coaching credentials, and I have developed as a coach from coaching one team in my first year to five teams this year, each of which has won a national competition. I work and collaborate with a team of coaches to create innovative and engaging routines and class plans that help each athlete progress and achieve their goals. I have also gained valuable experience in customer service, adaptability, and communication from working as a catering assistant at KSG, serving Business and First Class passengers from major airlines at the East Lounge in Dublin Airport.
