Although I have over a decade of experience in the fields of Student Conduct Administration, Residence Life, and Leadership Development - I have recently made a career change which incorporates my passions for social justice and advocacy. Be The Change International (BTC International) was founded as a grassroots organization within the State of Washington, but provides supports, resources, and program initiatives throughout the United States, Central and South America, Europe, the Caribbean, and Asia. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization we hope to improve the lives of women and children impacted by poverty and/or violence, ultimately creating stronger individuals and healthier communities. I absolutely love what I do, and I am a firm believer that you can change the world one person at a time. We create and manage both domestic & international issue-based campaigns, and are driven by opportunities for cross-sector coalitions that inspire culture change and accelerate public policy development that can bring about positive changes both in our society, and throughout the world.
