- Serve as the primary contact for all North American institutions, while increasing consumption across the region by designing and implementing various programs to promote the adoption of Red Hat Technologies. - Contribute to the management of the Red Hat Academy (RHA) program in North America to guide adoption within our higher education institutions, specifically regarding consumption of our course material.- Fulfill program vision by developing global on-boarding processes, managing relationships with educational stakeholders and adapting to changes within program and institutional priorities. - Designed and coordinated various programs, including Adopt an Academy and RHA Student Ambassador program, to deliver additional support, engagement and connection to maximize program impact and consumption.- Deliver presentations to influence internal and external stakeholders by leading conference presentations, sitting on academic advisory boards and collaborating on marketing collateral to motivate growth within the academic marketplace and measure success through consumption efforts. - Provide strategic guidance on the development and execution of Red Hat’s global academic program to shape program strategy in collaboration with the RHA Global Leadership Team.

- Responsible for efficiently recording, classifying, and following-up on all requests made by existing and future customers of Red Hat Training and Red Hat Academy. - Led weekly Go/No-Go calls to determine whether or not a course will run based on the cost, current enrollment and availability, as well as identify potential cross-sell opportunities.- Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare reports to share with team members, management and partners. - Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquires, concerns, and requests about products and orders.
