In this generalist HR role, I was responsible for all HR practices on an operational and tactical level. Responsibilities included, but not exclusively: Recruitment, process optimization, internal communication, compliance, system optimization, performance management and employee relations.Some highlights:- Managing the running HR operation for approximately 100 fte- Introducing an HR Calendar, consisting of all yearly prio's.- Introducing a Communication Calendar consisting of all forms of internal communication, including their execution.- Updating the Personnel Guide, the Job Structure and other company policy- Introducing the Event Calendar and organizing all included company events, such as yoga classes, company lunches and the Christmas party.

The subject of my graduation thesis was the implementation of a newly developed performance management process. I was closely involved in:- Core HR system implementation (SAP SuccessFactors)- Internal communication campaign (design, production and roll-out)As well as part of the Leadership & Culture development team.
