Currently: Clad pipe WPQ with GMAW mechanized CRC system. Reel Installation. Asgard project: coil tubing, 13Cr and Super Duplex spools fabrication.

I have finalised Ormen Lange SFD project with the Acergy Falcon involving plastic strain during installation. Responsible for welding procedure qualifications by Serimax (Mechanised GMAW process for mainline girth welds and GTAW for associated repairs) according to DNV-OS-F101, validation of the ApplusRTD AUT system, and coordination with Sintef for the ECA.

I was working in Acergy Engineering in France (Suresnes) as welding and materials Specialist. Involved in pipeline projects and tenders to be performed with Acergy vessels (Polaris or Orion). Strong experience in mechanised GMAW welding process (J-lay or S-lay), AUT, fatigue, ECA and materials (Pipe, forging, casting and bends).

I was working on Acergy fabrication yard in Angola (Lobito) as QC Manager, responsible for welding, inspection and material control. I have acquired a strong experience on subsea structure fabrication (Suction pile, Buoy, PLET, Manifold, etc...), in management and reinforced my competences in welding of exotic materials (20% Cr, 25% Cr and Clad 625) and processes (GS-FCAW railtrack, Orbital GTAW for small bore, Auto-GMAW).

I was working as Welding Engineer on Acergy fabrication yard in Nigeria (Warri) where I have acquired a strong field experience in welding (SMAW, SS-FCAW, GS-FCAW, SAW and GTAW processes), NDE, materials and fabrication of structural offshore structure (AWS D1.1), piping (ASME IX / B31.3) and risers/spools (API 1104). Strong experience of Carbon Steel, Duplex, SuperDuplex, and Ni alloy clad.
