Our intent,successfully carried out by Laurent,was to sign Revenue Share agreements on RingTone Distribution with ALL 3 Mobile Operators and this was achieved, "summa cum laude",France being the 1st Country where Nokia had signed a DIRECT and very favorable Contract with ALL Fixed and Mobile Operators in the Territory. The rest is history but this goes to show how Laurent could grasp new dimensions and opportunities in a business today everybody recognizes as being the cashcow to its future. Laurent very understandably seized the challenge offered by Apple to capitalize on the relationship Laurent had established with the Mobile Operators and the strategic opportunities an intelligent and remarkably friendly platform the IPhone has shown to be,taking the world by surprise and running far ahead of any of the Mobile Device Manufacturers in opening the world of the Web to all.
