Service Manager
Current- Acting as a single point of contact between the business, IT teams and external vendors- Identifying the IT needs of the organization and making sure they are delivered accordingly- Understanding, analyzing and anticipating the usage behavior of the IT services- Negotiating SLAs for the delivering of the IT service and assuring they are respected- Administrating the entire lifecycle of the IT services (business request > design > development/testing/implementation > administrating the service > improvements > decommissioning, if the case)- Analyzing the performance of the IT services- In charge of implementing the IT security requirements and documenting the services and documenting the services according to the business requirements.- Acting as a micro project manager for various IT changes on the managed application portfolio- Responsible for the change management process of all application portfolio- Provide operational support for Penetration testing set-up and execution- Coordinate the implementation of new applications
