• Provided a high service level of HR partnership to managers and employees at the company’s San Francisco/Bay Area offices, and worked closely with the product and tech business partners to foster a positive work culture.
• Partnered with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to create a seamless on-boarding experience for new team members.
• Facilitated Benefits Enrollment, Summer Internship Program, Wellness Programs, and site-wide communications and events.
• Handled performance management, including facilitating off-boarding process for voluntary and involuntary terminations.
• Utilized Ceridian, Taleo, iCims, MyTime and Excel to create reports and analyze data and to assist with Workforce Planning, Affirmative Action, Merit Review Process, and ad hoc reporting.

• Provided HR support including administering HR policies, managing employee relations, on-boarding new employees, processing associate status changes, and processed new-hire paperwork and training schedules.
• Coordinated and administered the company’s Benefits program; researched insurance carriers for open enrollment, and worked as the point person for enrollments, terminations and changes. Managed COBRA enrollments and.
