I’m an experienced marketing leader with 20 years in various marketing management roles. While digital marketing is my passion, I’ve successfully developed and executed end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple channels.Currently, I’m the Head of Marketing for the B2B division at 3P Learning, an EdTech company and creator of popular apps like Reading Eggs and Mathletics. I work with an amazing team to expand our school customer base globally. Our award-winning, evidence-based programs inspire young minds in key academic areas such as reading, writing, and mathematics.I’ve been with 3P Learning for several years, although I took a gap year to travel the world. Before the break and leading the B2B team, I headed up marketing for B2C, using tech to encourage a love of learning for children learning from home. Together with a fantastic team, I led strategies for customer acquisition and retention, helping us hit double-digit growth and revenue targets.When I first moved to Australia, I joined Think Big Online, a digital marketing agency. There, I helped medium-sized B2B and B2C businesses maximise their digital marketing efforts across SEM, SMM, SEO, and content marketing.In a previous role at Sage, I led global B2B marketing initiatives and managed a team of 15 specialists and designers. My work in the education sector also gave me experience leading full sales and marketing departments, driving growth for both B2B and B2C.I firmly believe it is important to approach life with a sense of humour and not to take yourself too seriously.
