Work in Office of obstetrics and gynecological

• Provide friendly customer services• Answering calls from patients• Checking patients in for their appointments• Cleaning and restocking clinic

• Assists anyone who enters the office through answering questions and concerns • Clerical work within the office consists of answering the phone, stapling, filing and stamping posters • Work within the Info Desk consists of managing questions, concerns and directing students • Work within the info desk also consists of making sales and managing the cash register along with the cash box • Work within the info desk consists of keeping track of the number of students that utilize the spaces within the Roche Dining Commons Building

• Provide Quality Customer Services• Process Inbound Faxes • Preregister patients for upcoming appointments

• Work to meet the health social and emotional needs to children• Assist in any tasks which consist of snack preparation, activities, and cleaning• Monitoring children in school and in outside spaces

My role is to work with the children in the Montessori play space.
