Responsible for evolving the CSR strategy in line with the business needs. Managing local and global community investment, promoting commercial initiatives around key issues such as recycling and health, embedding employee engagement via policies around volunteering, giving and reward. Managing the annual CSR Report and measurement submissions for CR Index and LBG donations.

Objective of this role was to build my commercial experience. I managed Pepsi on-premise promotional execution, conducting briefings with brand and sales teams to deliver promotions to appropriate accounts. Presented promotions to key customers, launching ‘perfect serve programme’ across Pepsi, J20 and Britvic 55 brands. Developed ‘cocktail/mocktail’ work with key on-premise accounts.

Managed Trade PR programme, launched journalist hospitality programme, introduced new cuttings service ensuring key internal stakeholders were kept up to date, negotiated media training with a wider audience increasing trade PR opportunities.

Managed Trade PR programme, championed brand cocktail work including recipe books and brand educational classes with Trade Journalists. Managed Marketing Press in order to profile Diageo’s people, Managed numerous sampling opportunities at trade exhibitions and events.

Managed Trade and Consumer PR for 'seed brands' including Croft Sherry, DiSaronno Amaretto, Cinzano, as well as some work on key brands Jack Daniel's and Southern Comfort. Responsibilitis included writing press releases and advertorials for glossies such as Hello and Cosmo, as well as core trade titles The Grocer, Publican. Managed the trade journalist hospitality programme and brand sampling events.
