Lauren's credentials include a Master’s Degree in Special Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, an Illinois Teaching Certification (LBS1), and 15+ years of relevant experience in the field working with a diverse population of individuals with disabilities, program development and management, and leading teams to success.Lauren Feldman is the Employment Services Director of TotalLink to Community. Lauren has many years of experience working in the disability services field and devotes her life to helping others. She feels the more inclusive we can be as a community, especially in workplaces, the more everyone will have the sense of belonging they deserve. Over the years, she has worked in various roles in the field, including paraprofessional, camp director, Special Olympics coach, special education teacher, Dean of Specialized Services, residential house manager, and director of residential services. Lauren's experience has given her the incredible knowledge required to lead, manage, and support professionals in the field as well as people receiving services. Lauren's work is rooted in inclusivity, belonging, and the promotion of independence. She is a steadfast professional who leads with a drive to do whatever it takes to help promote meaning in the lives of others.
