Responsibilities:• Enter sales and maintenance purchase orders into Oracle JDE OneWorld via Salesforce• Direct e-mails, internet leads, faxes, orders, and other inquiries to the appropriate territory• Handle calls from Summation Certified Trainers and Applicants• Maintain and Update SalesForce and JDE OneWorld by adding or editing accounts and contacts Achievements:• Developed new leads for territory sales managers and associates• Saw to completion a promotion project, called Reseller Roundup, by assisting with purchasing, assembling, and shipping• Took over the role of receiving all payments and processing orders for the Summation Certified Trainer program

• Established & maintained prospective candidate relationships• Developed new leads for clients, prospective candidates, and account executives• Added hundreds of qualified, prospective candidate resumes to company database, PCR for future staffing needs• Created and organized new files and excel spreadsheets for account executives so that past staffing projects could be readily accessed and information condensed and at their fingertips
